Jeff Steinhour has been in advertising for over 30 years and has worked in almost every consumer category imaginable. As an original Partner at CP+B he spent 24 years building the agency into its legendary spot amongst the best creative agencies in the world.
His leadership and ability to attract and grow talent helped the agency bloom from 40 employees to over 1,250 in eight offices around the world. He opened and launched CPB LA (2001), CPB Boulder (2006), CPB Stockholm (2008), and CPB London (2010).

During his tenure at CP+B the agency was named Agency of the Year nine times over a 15-year period.

Jeff has been an EFFIES Finals Judge six times in NYC. He serves on the Board of several university's Communication Schools and was Chairman of the Board of the VCU Brandcenter and a Board member there for 14 years in Richmond.
